What an utter tw@t, I wouldn't have let them have it if it didn't fit in their car, lol

We saw a daft bint going up the M4 yesterday in her 206cc, with ALL the windows down and a huge long surfboard-looking thing going through the car and out both windows at the back. It stuck out the side of the car about 3 or 4 feet. I was reeeeeeeeally willing the Police to magically appear and fine her for being a total selfish and irresponsible nonse.
