great north run 2009

hi folks and to all the keen runners, ive just signed up for this years great north run, will be running for cancer research again

just thinking about these runs gets me down

i used to run quite well and really wish i still could, but due to health probs over the past 5yrs my health has Drastically deteriorated
once an athletic/broad build at circ 14st 4lbs with 21%bf,
now officially classed as obese @ 17st 3lbs with 31%bf
2weeks back i was @17st 8lbs so it slowly coming off
