Rebuilding from bare shell
Hi All....
I have bought a bare shell and lots of boxes and wondering if anyone has any advice on the best sequence to rebuild the car?
I.e run brake lines and fuel lines first,

Hi. Yes certainly start from the underside up. Make sure all the clips are there for brake and fuel lines. Get them into the engine bay and all hooked up prior to putting the engine in.
The interior can be last.

Good luck, I hope you have all the bits there in those boxes! It will be good to see your progress as I have nearly finished stripping mine down and am going to embark on the same journey one day rebuilding her back up. Although I will certainly be needing some help along the way but looking forward to it!

Re: Rebuilding from bare shell
Hi Greg, I am going to be doing something similar in the next year or so. Did you use anyone in particular for the welding? I'd like to get the car all redone in one sitting ideally, but want to find someone who is absoloutly spot on with their welding. Long story short, I thought I'd found someone but he is moving on to other things it appears....

Hi @Brizza,
I used a local guy in Bournemouth, he is good.
Mine is going back for more as found more issue areas during investigations.
happy to pass on his details.
