I need confirmation of club membership for my insurance but my card has expired and I didn't receive a new one who do I contact??

Edit - I assume the insurance company are not asking for more than this? Like a scan of your card??

I can see why though. I can see tons of people just saying they are a member of a club and making up a number for the purposes of cheaper insurance. I'd be glad to discover the insurance companies are tightening up on this.
