I have a Clio 16v pas rack and I am wanting to widen the track a little before I weld up my shafts. What components will I need? Can I just use the Clio 16v wishbones and keep the gt hubs?

Yes. You can use the 16v Wishbones and Driveshafts, they will bolt straight on. If you can get the 16v Brake Caliper Carrier too, you'll be able to run the slightly larger 259mm Discs too.
I can't remember the exact figure, but the 16v isn't that much wider, so I'm not sure if you will need the 16v Anti-Roll Bar too? GTT one might be ok?
I think the order of width, starting with the smallest is:
GTT
R11 Turbo
Clio 16v
Clio Williams
172/182
I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm off the mark.
Renault 5 GTTurbo 1323mm
Clio 16v 1358mm
Renault 11 1392mm
Clio Williams 1402mm
Renault 19 1426mm
Clio 172 1430mm
For the 16v wide track you'll need valver wishbones, anti roll bar, bushes and brackets, drive shafts and either ph1 GTT struts and top mounts or camber adjustable top mounts for a ph2 gtt

Afaik you need the 16v subframe too when fitting either 16v,willie or 19 parts.
When using 11/9 wishbones you wont have this problem. The reason is the rubbers/wishbone mountings on the 16v/willie/19 are bigger so they won't fit the gtt mounting points. 11/9 has the same diameter rubbers/wishbones so that will fit.
Maybe the mounting points on the gtt subframe leave a bit more room for error?
I'm 100% positive 19 wishbones won't fit to a 11/9 subframe
Cheers oli. So im on the look out for wishbones and anti roll bar. Also I have ph 2 struts on at the moment so i guess it would be easier to swap the whole lot over for ph1? I dont need shafts as mine are custom cut abd shut with meg 225. If I do all of this , will the geometry be spot on or will I have to get set up? I still want the steering to return to centre unlike some cars ive been in with suspension mods.
As far as the struts are concerned, before I did mine everyone I spoke to who had done it, had done so on Ph2 cars which resulted in massive camber and required adjustable top mounts.
With this in mind I bought some old ph2 top mounts wind the idea of modding them to make it all work but when I fitted all the valver parts I found the only thing I needed to do to sort the camber was fit camber correcting bolts, yes I needed to get the alignment setup properly.
After it was all done there were no issues with steering centring and I found the turn in so much more positive, more stable on high speed cornering, well worth the time, effort and money in my opinion.
Ok. So what benefit would there be on fitting the ph1 struts and components?
