    Anyone after a nice cheap restoration project get this bought just needs a few interior parts and a little bit of tea-cut and it`ll be show condition

    Some parts to be scavenged there. Original early ph1 turbo heat shield. You don't see many of them!

    My airbox hasn`t got that pipe coming out of the back it looks like someone has siliconed a round plastic cap over it. Anyone know why they`d do this?

    Yes. It's the hot air feed. The OE box can have this either removed and covered off (like yours), or a second cold feed pipe run to it. Either mod requires the thermostat/flap gubbins ripped out of the air box lid. So basically you have as much cold air going in as possible.

    To be fair, The grill and front bumper are probably worth #200 together condition dependent
