    intercooler fans

I was browsing ebay like we do and saw a couple of intercoolers that have a slim line electric fan attached to them.

Do they really make much difference? Does anyone else run one?

    Thanks

    Re: intercooler fans

From a logic point of view, they will assist cooling while the vehicle is stationary as there would otherwise be no air flow. You would still get some radiation cooling, but that would depend on the intercooler and its location.

Proper ducting would be a far more beneficial effort, to make the most of the airflow when its available.
