    wheel paint

    looking for recommendations for black wheel paint for steels.
    rattle cans from halfords? hammerite brush on paint? hammerite rattle can? something else?

    Etch prime then Simoniz Tough Black ...gloss or satin .

    Bought primer already.

    So the tough black, 2 cans for 2 coats on 4 wheels?

    Might be pushing it as it isn't that heavy a coat ,it does run if not put on light ,a couple or 3 dependent on size ??

    15"ers. I'll can a bundle of 4 cheap so will do that

    Or that stove enamel finish maybe (if that's what it's called)? I think my mate had this on some 15" Clio 16v spare steel wheels. Silver enamel and they went on an old red ph1. Looked mint and that was back in '95
