Can only see the back housing of the turbo. Looks like front has been removed and done this way to by pass it, as for why it is done
gotta love the airfilter and would love to know how much boost its running.
So it's got a turbo, but it's not being used?
whaaaa?
Prob a fresh engine build and he didn't warn to wreck the turbo..
Or his turbo has died and is of for repair.
The pic of the bay and the auction description bear no resemblance to one another.
Maybe he made a mistake and has put the wrong pic up (which would be odd since there is a much better pic on his RTOC profile).
If the turbo is in for repair (and he intends to sell the car with it complete/fitted), then he'd have used the profile pic. If the car is being sold as-is then surely the description would have said as much.
Was looking at this , guy says its still being run in so fitted the hot side of an old turbo until its run in but everything is there ready to go on once its done .

Nice one Greg
To show pics of it in that configuration and not mention it in the description is bizarre.
I know , surely saying it has a brand new engine still running in would be positive but on the other hand why get it all rebuilt and sell so soon hmmmmm maybe he is hiding something
well, he's a member.. so would be good to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Yes. No disrespect intended towards the member. It's just the confusing pics and description are very odd.
