Never seen anything like it before It must flow a huge amount of air through the core it but must be very inefficient.
It might be ok... if you're running standard boost.
Can't see that working at all, better off running your boost pipes out the front of the car

I guess you could box it in in with a removable panels and fill it with ice before 1/4 mile runs that might work.
That or plate the sides and run water through it like a charge cooler with the added bonus of it being in direct airflowYou've seen it before.
