What else will i need to make this work and do i need to change the rack?

Which pump?

An electric pump will require a small amount of wiring, and a relay.
You'll no doubt need custom pipe work and a power steering reservoir.
As for the rack you'll need a clio power steering rack.
A clio 16v rack will retain the same 3.25 turns lock to lock as the 5gtt manual rack.

A mechanical pump will require drive from the engine, and again custom pipe work and a clio rack.

If you got the Volvo engine fitted I would of gone for a Volvo power steering pump, might be abit of hassle fitting the Monaco pump as that's for a 1.4 C-series engine

But answering original question you will need rack, belt, mounts, pipework and fluid tank
