    Re: oil sender

    Hi Dave,

Welcome to the club, as MM states, the 5 already has one. However, they are a fickle bit of kit and can have a change of reading of 1 bar, by simply turning my lights on, so when it's running hot as in on track hot and I'm down to 3 bar, I turn my lights on to get back up to 4 bar. This makes me feel better.

The norm is to install a T in the oil sender take off point on the front of the engine lower down, have your sender tapped in there and take your wiring back to your guage. I assume you have the gauge, sender and T-block?
