Hi all, my insurance company have asked me to inform them who fitted my alarm, what qualifications they have and what alarm it is.
Basicly I fitted a viper 5002 alarm (the one with the 2way remote that looks like a very small phone) I have no alarm fitting qualifications but followed the installiation guide and it was pretty straight foward. I'm guessing this is not going to be enough though. Any alarm fitters out there who can shed some light on this or can tell me what it is they want to hear?

You can go to an alarm fitting place to get a certificate (they should check that the system is working) and will charge you for this...
