nice to see another. couple of bits i'd change besides the dv tho as it will have to come off otherwise it will stutter on gearchange with good boost. where's the header tank top hose go to? wants to be off the top port at back of head if it isn't. also that valve you've used on the 20mm ish hose off the back of the manifold, is it the one between carb top and exhaust elbow on a gtt? is that to the brake servo? if so it won't work and you need the one way valve on the end of the servo pipe that screws in the o/s on the gtt inlet manifold is it up and running otherwise?

Re: A few up to date pics for you all...

    Hi haz,
yes the top pipe off the header tank goes to the top port at the back off the head, i had to modify that port as im using the t28 as port originally got in the way.
i cant remember where exactly i got the one way valve from and yes your right it goes to the brake servo, its piped so it allows you to suck air out of the servo but not able to blow which i thought was correct?
Yes the car is up and running and quite nicely to be honest, i have had it on the road with this setup and the brakes were spot on and the water temps were also fine, i know the pics are crap but would you advise me changing that valve??

just couldn't make it all out in the pics so thought i'd mention just in case.
header tank hose on top port makes its a self bleed system so long as tank port is higher. yeah i'd change the valve tho, they fail as they aren't for the pressure of the brake servo, they're to do with exhaust pressure, possibly for two port actuators?? i forget what they are for, but swap for the original one.
