have to say james...you were lucky, imagine if youd had one of the kids in it...., weve all done it im sure in the past etc but it just shows to me how important roll cages are in these little tins and dare i say it without being shot down in flames that you gotta be carefull out there guys! all jokes aside about full chat etc im just glad your ok bud, looks to been a quite bad off and could of been shed loads worse...as for the car...., poor ole tungy.
I was very very lucky and I have thought so many times about what if one of the kids was in the car and it scares me so much to think of it. Roll cages are a defo in a 5 and I am so lucky no one else was involved in the incident please everyone be careful I don't want the same happening to anyone else. This is my first crash in a 5 since I got my license in 1998 and I have had a 5 since then and I am very very shaken by the incident.

You were a lucky boy!
Bloody Hell, hope your ok and get back on the road soon.
God, that does not look good. Like everyone is saying, it could have been worse
Well John & I picked James' car up earlier with the flatbed, mission or what to get it off
Tied it to my bros little mitzi pinin & drove the flatbed forward, then the flatbed was spinning, then we got my brothers sj on it with the winch as well, in the end we had to tie the 5 to the pinin with me foot on brakes, my brother winching the flat bed out at the same time to drop it off the back down the ramps
I reckon James was a lucky boy, here are some pics..
He is a very lucky man. Dont forget to get the private plate taken off the car while it still has MOT
Mate you are lucky man to walk out of that car, thats some damage there.
It will polish out !!!
Blimey - lucky to be here.. shame on the car - but it can be replaced
Good work fella
