AGM points...
1) it was decided anybody who had a body kit on the 5 was not worthy of a placement within the club
2) Anybody with a Private numberplate is a cock
3) Anybody with their Real Name as their profile name will be banned from attending any future RTOC events....
Sorry James, looks like we wont be seeing you at future rtoc events

Club funds
Total club funds the day before nd: £17,852
Nd cost so far (final bill for stickers to arrive) £10,829.80 and we lost £2774 this year. After you add up the takings over the weekend. So weekend takings for ticket sales and shop sales were £2,526.

Therefore club funds after nd 2011 stand at £20,378.
We have still to take income from pod as tickets have just went on sale..... This event has been paid in full also, normally we get around £2000 from this event after the day. So if we get the normal amount, the club funds are going to be in the region of £22,000
As you can see the club is doing very well and we are in a better financial position than this time last year..... Even with pod takings still to come in. In fact this is the best the club accounts have ever been. I would like to think we offer our members more now than what we have ever given them
You might be thinking spend spend spend but to keep the club and our two big events, we must always keep our funds over £15,000 to cover these two events the following year. We also have website costs and also any stock we get for the shop, this also includes bulk buys for our members. So even though we have around 6-7,000 more this year than last we still need to be smart with our money.

It looks like it may have had a year on year cumulative effect of reducing membership numbers to what they are now. Miller this week has collected data from the last few years as we've been discussing and considering lowering the fee to try and increase the membership numbers.
We're taking something like half the money in membership fees that we were a few years ago. The main reason for the bank balance is that we didn't lose any money on the 2010 ND and this years ND is over and the monies are in.
Great news on the finances.
'Spare' monies should be spent on website dev and support* and the rest on ways to attract new members to the club.
*as and when the resourcing problem and the hacking issue can be resolved
