Where can i find??

im after a 3 inch to 2 inch cone reducer for my custom exhaust system in mild steel as all the ones on ebay are stainless, preferably a cone but a stepped one may suffice, can anyone find any as im not having much luck, cheerz

silly question, but why would you want mild over stainless?

try a local motorfactors, as bosal do a range of fittings and adaptors

going to fabricate a prototype first and try it then if alls well remake it in stainless, ill have another quick look around, is it possible to weld a stainless piece to a mild piece with a mig with mild wire?? as its the exhaust it hasnt got any pressure on it as such.

yes you can weld stainless with mild steel wire, but i would be getting it welded with stainless wire then its done for life.

Demon tweeks also do alot of exhaust bits, not the cheapest of places though!

yeh ive bought a couple of bits of jetex as im making my t28 downpipe for my b18ft, not bad prices and arrived next day, demon tweeks is about half hour drive away for me so good if im desperate for something but have to pay slightly more for the privalidge.
