I recognise that car, i seem to remember beating him in a drag race at a thrash at Bruntingthorpe few years ago in my old rusty dog of a standard 5!
Yeah its a B18FT, not too sure on all the spec of it though bit far fetched, remember 15's were about as good as it could do all day so not the quickest at all out there.
Did look nice though when saw it.
