Is there any other Ren 5 Turbo owners within 20 miles of Kings Lynn in Norfolk please?
I have to confess there are selfish reasons, need to look at good modified engine bays to prompt my brain in to putting together 6 boxes of engine `bits` including some interesting toys into an attractive 1991 body! The car was stripped by a chap who then died. My speciality to date has been Mr Ford's products!
Any help would be appreciated, they will not regret it!

I suppose there are good (?) reasons but this is your one chance to live your life, do something you enjoy EVERY day. Listen to the news and you will discover how easily life can be snuffed out!

Anyway Hi PeteB, welcome to the mad house that is the RTOC, I'm Oli the Norfolk area rep, Handy is the closest to Kings Lynn as he metioned earlier.
I should have back on the road by the end of January, I could pop over and lend a hand if you need it.

mine has never been sorn in all the time I've had it and yes there have been a few issues now and then but mine did more miles in september last year than yours did all year so I would expect things to go wrongbut its always been ready for when i want it, no mechanical problems, gremlins, sorn etc
this is true, but I did 10k in the raider in a year
I'll give you that but it wasn't putting out 200+ bhp though

I don't think so, fact is mine had that issue but still did a smidge over 8000miles last year, only reason it didn't do more is because I have a works van for the daily grind.
My 5 was out nearly ever weekend last year and even when the front tires got alittle bald and I didn't have the cash for new one's I broke out my R888's during the winter months to keep it going.
