    aftermarket seat subframes

    Just wondering if people have pics of the any subframes they have thrown together to fit aftermarket setas, just after some ideas to put some together for my seats, unfortunatly i havnt got my r5 at the moment and therefore cant look at the floor pan to help design them

    Are these for like bucket seats? I have used aftermarket seat sliders but that was in conjunction with side mounts.

    this is how i done mine mate this is 3" box section aluminium cut straight down the middle to get 2 subframes out of one hoe this helps mate

    I went and brought a set of Cobra sub frames designed for the R5 GT Turbo, saved alot of time and hassle. They are adjustable and took 10 mins to fit.

    that box section would of worked well, ive already started making some but im not so sure if it will work yet but we will see.

    i got universal frames on mine, as seen in pic they are quite thin so the seats are flat to the floor i have been thinking of changing them tho as i cant see the bonnet its a bit like driving a go-kart
