Heated rear windscreen

I'm in the process of putting my 5 back together after a respray. I had the glass taken out and re-fitted, and it seems that the guy who did this has damaged the rear screen. One of the tags which a spade connector fits on to has been removed from the screen. Any idea how i can fit it back on? Is there any paste what will conduct and fit to glass? Don't think solder will work.

Let me know what that is like, have found wire glue which might be of use if the above isn't that good which comes in at around £8
