put new bottom arms, springs and shocks on car,but when i fasten hub nut up on
passenger side it is pulling shaft out of gearbox enough to make it jump in and out when in gear being restoreing car for nearly 5 yrs and fitted arms etc 4 yrs ago
is it possible to get a slightly longer bottom arm of a different model by mistake:confused:
also sitting high with engine back in think i might have wrong springs f###ing motor factors

yep, it's pretty common to be given clio arms by mistake. Do you have a load of negative camber?

edit - I keep saying clio, but I think kit might be R11 instead :sad2:

someone posted some pics showing where to measure the arms to confirm what you have, have a search, I'll see if I can find it too.

unfortunately the pic that "The Master" posted has gone, but the dimension he gave should be right.

yes it'll be your wishbones.

i had the same issue, after fitting polybushes to the wishbones and fitting them then noticing that the car had alot of negative camber(which looked kinda kool) i found with help on here that i was supplied with r9/r11 wishbones:rolleyes: i still have these sat in the garage.
was all sorted when fitted with the right wishbones:agree:

so on the r11 is it just the wishbones and driveshafts that differ.. ie the subframe remains the same?
