once again my rad isn't working, I've shorted the 2 connections together but the fan doesn't kick in. I can't hear any relays, where is the relay location for the fan? Its only just stopped working.

The rad fan relay is attached to the plastic cowling in front of the alternator, but it has probably dropped down and hanging in that area below the alternator.

Try running a + cable driect from battery to the rad fan + and see if the rad fan still works. If it does as you say could be faulty relay or knackered rad fan switch my first option would to be replace the relay with a spare.

Sounds like the relay mate. mine stopped working last week,and it had the same symtons as yours:cool:

Jesus that relay is tucked away, well dangling out of reach! yeah it was the relay, sorted now. cheers lads
