Verdicts on the damage

Just inspecting my R888s only used them a few times last year. the lst time i did the tyre caught on the suspension leg.
This has been remedied now.

Is this tyre still useable? good to go on the back only? or just bin it?

Its hard to tell in the pics to be fair. If its only minor rubbing id just use it.

Has it worn the actual sidewall away? i mean inwards compared to the outer face..
